Josh Carmody is the Lead Pastor of New Covenant Christian Church. He has been with the church since December of 1985 and has been on staff since June of 2000. Josh is ordained through the New Wells Ministry Network. He married Alicia, the love of his life, on March 12th of 2005 and they have two kids, Madison and Austin, and reside in Fort Dodge.

Melanie is our Office Administrator.  She not only answers phones and takes care of many office tasks, but she is also in charge of all of our bookkeeping!  Melanie grew up attending New Covenant with her family. She married Steve in 2009 and they moved back to Iowa in 2015. They reside in Fort Dodge with their son, Kayson.

Ethridge Netz has served as Creative Director since June of 2022. He and his wife Katrina have been married since 2011 and have two kids, Evelyn and Koen. He and his family live in Rockwell City, Iowa. He received his Communications degree in Electronic Media-Production from the University of Northern Iowa and has spent the last decade in freelance digital media and vocational ministry. 

Matthew Parker is a new addition to the New Covenant Staff. He and his wife of six years, Ronda, moved along with their five children (Robert, Lydia, Gwendolyn, Atticus and Peter) to the Fort Dodge area in July of 2023. The seven of them are all bursting with excitement in this new chapter God has them in.

Doug Rushton serves on staff as our Care Pastor and Maintenance Director. He is licensed and ordained through New Covenant Christian Church. He has served on staff since July of '96. Pastor Doug and his wife Pam have been married since November of 1986. He has two adult children and two grandchildren.
